As I know nothing about credit card transactions these are processed in a secure online payment gateway (PayPal) that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. We really hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not please email us within 48 hours of receipt. You will then be given information of how to return the item. You will be responsible for the cost of return, unless the item is faulty then postage will be refunded through Paypal. Please ensure that you use a tracking service when returning and return the item in the condition it was received unused and complete with tags. I am unable to refund items that are lost in the post so please make sure you use a tracking service.
